I have 1000 GB of data and 3000   GB of RAM is it possible to handle, mean am i able to create the reports.

Normally You need more or less your size of data x4, in RAM.

Check the document, please. It´s so useful.

Is 1000GB is the size of your qvds then for sure you will get performance issues

When you say 1000 GB [1 TB] of data is that the source data in a source database or is that the size of the qvw ?

It is size of source db table rec

My very vague rules of thumb :

     1 TB database                                                 Data & indices          1,000 GB    

     Half taken up by indices                                   So just data              500 GB

     Half of the data not needed for QlikView BI        Required data           250 GB 

     Qlik "data de-duping" factor of 10                      De-duped Qlik data    25   GB 

     Double this for server RAM required                  Server RAM              50 GB
