We set various User documents to 'Always' Preloaded in QVS. However it seems that some of them seem to reset to 'Never' without us having touched them.
Has anyone experienced this and know why it is happening?!
It turns out that this is the publisher task that overwrites the document configuration. Under the Server >Preload and Access Method you can configure the task to set the preload.
