User unable to open the dashboard

Hi All,

I have provided an access to User and it worked fine but recently it got failed and started throwing an error.

Any suggestions on what might be the issue?

Can you check the folder where the application is distributed or published ? Is it not working for any one or just specific set of users are facing this issue ?

or if you have section acess in the application then check the "service account" have ADMIN access to the application also if the service account name has changed.
