after restarting, I can't view any charts anymore. It only says "Error: all expressions disabled". When a colleague opens the file, he doesn't have this problem.
Does Qlikview have a feature regarding authorization? I freshly installed Qlikview and may not have the right permission-settings, etc. if it has any....

You mentioned that this is a freshly installed QlikView instance. Is QlikView fully licensed? Are you running QlikView Desktop Personal Edition by chance? If so, can you license QV Desktop and then check to see if you get the same error?

@kirdovada does this QlikView app have Section Access enabled on it by chance? Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing and what your colleague is seeing? Also, what version of QlikView are you currently running as well?
