Okay, I found both of these and I will try to use them, but found neither one that intuitive or supportive. I in no way want to sound cross, just really struggling with the functionality of those links from a user perspective the chat function kept winking out on me and never could get a live agent. I already submitted a case in the other link but the selections were not intuitive from an end user perspective for everyday functionality connectivity problems. I've lost a good hour or more. With a busy business schedule I hope you can understand where I'm coming from.
