Hi I seem to run into some problems when opening Access point.
When I login on Access Point i get the Message: No Server.
We are upgrading the Qlikview 12.10 to 12.60
I have the following Configuration:
Windows 2016.
Env : Azure.
can i request for technical help.
Yes, the "No Server" message on AccessPoint, means that the QVS is not communicating with the QVWS. So if the QVS is down due to a forced restart, then it would be expected.
Best Regards
Hi @venkatkp,
Suggest you start with Qlik Support article QlikView: Organized way to troubleshoot "No Server" error.
Which webserver are you using - QlikView Web Server or IIS?
Best Regards
we are using Qlik web server and not IIS
I really cannot find any strange items in my configuration after looking at the below steps
Have you tried replacing the servername with the IP address in the URL for the AccessPoint? If not, suggest you try that. Have you reviewed the QVS, QVWS, and QMS logs? If yes, do you have any questions about specific errors/warnings found there? If you need direct assistance with this issue, then suggest you open a case with Qlik Support.
Best Regards
I have had crash dumps when I checked yesterday night and the qlik view server attempts to restart auto
would this specifically related to connection loss between web server and qvs
But restarting web server is partly recover temporarily
