The error from your screen capture is "Access denied to remote resource" so it appears to be permissions related and outside of QlikView desktop. Suggest that you work with your internal teams.

@01Nikita

When you access the file with WINSCP, do you log in with a domain account? If so, have you tried to put is the user in domain\user format for QlikView?

Hi @01Nikita,

I have some clarifying questions:

What is the full build version of QlikView Desktop and QlikView server (e.g. 12.60.20200)?

What account is being used? Is this the QlikView Server service account?

Is this issue occurring in QlikView Desktop that is installed on the Windows Server running QlikView Server?
Has this worked before and just stopped working? Or, are you attempting to configure this for the first time?

Best Regards

So what changed on the FTP server side? Have you reached out to your internal team that supports the FTP server? Do you have a QlikView Desktop document log that shows error connecting to the FTP server? If yes, can you share it or tell us what it says? If no, follow article How to Enable QlikView Document Reload Log for details on how to configure and run the reload again to generate a log.

Hi,

As I told you earlier we are not facing any issue while connecting to FTP server we are able to connect and see all the folder and files but when we try to open the file it gives an error. Also we have WINSCP on same QlikView server and we are able to connect to ftp server as well open the file.
