My company recently moved to SSO for Salesforce . Since then I'm not able to connect to Salesforce and get the following error ... any ideas how to fix this

Suggest you start with the SalesForce Connector log. See Qlik Help entry Salesforce Connector > Locate the Qlik Salesforce Connector log file. By default for QlikView, the log is located in %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSalesforceConnector. As you stated that your company recently moved to SSO, I suspect that the issue is authentication related.

Hi Having spoken to our IT it appears to be due to SFDC's change so you can only use MFA . I know this works with QlikSense , but I need to know how to get it to work for QlikView or a work around
