Hi All,
AD/LDAP Authentication is not working in our environment.
Our QLIKVIEW servers and AD Directory both are in two different domains.
We have tried to connect with AD directory and we are successfully connected with it and able to search the users from AD.
But while trying to login the Access Point, login is not working.
Thanks,
Shivam Dixit
Hi @shivam11,
See Qlik Support article Users from AD DomainB can't connect to QlikView server that resides in AD DomainA. If the QV servers and AD are in separate domains, then a full two-way trust is needed.
Best Regards

Techniques to troubleshoot Active Directory issues
Run diagnostics on domain controllers. When you install the Windows Server Active Directory Domain Services role, Windows also installs a command-line tool named dcdiag.
Test DNS for signs of trouble.
Run checks on Kerberos.
Examine the domain controllers.
