GeoQlik - "Error... You do not have the necessary rights"

I'm seeing an issue in several Qlikview QVWs where the GeoQlik extension will display an error popup.

"You do not have the necessary rights"

This does not occur every time I select the tab with the map.  In fact, some times I will get the error, navigate to another tab and when I return the map is displayed.  Several users experience the same issue.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

You need to assign the user a Licence (doc cal or named cal).

in order to do that open GeoQlik Management console -- Manage your GeoQlik server --  client access licenses.

Thanks for the response Amit.  I agree it has to do with the License, however the report has Document Licenses.  This error doesn't occur all the time and our Document License usage count is well under the limit.  Does GeoQlik have a default directory where log files are generated?  I couldn't find the location using the Management Console.
