Hello,
We are working on an upgrade from version 12.0 to 12.7 of Qlikview in a new VM.
We have installed th old version on the new virtual machine and set up the services and tasks to run Qlikview.
The thing is we're not able to get to the Access point to find the qlkiview apps that we've shared.
Could you say what are the possible issues not letting us to get to the access point, and potential actions to get over it?

Are you using the same QlikView Server license concurrently on both environments? If yes, then this is likely the problem, as using the same QVS license on multiple environments will render the original environment off duty. The QVS license can only be used on one QVS environment at a time.

Double check that the new server (and user) has access to the path where your documents are.
Also check so you did not miss any steps from the help
I would also like to mention that QlikView 12.70 will be out of support May 10, 2024.
