TLS 1.2 not working.

Hi,

We are not sure if this is the correct product but we need help.

We have recently disabled TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 for security reasons however we are not being able to connect to SQL server.

We were using version 10 but we have installed version 18. We created an .UDL file to test the connection and we get an error.

We have confirmed that the connection via the SQL logs that we are able to reach the SQL server.

Please find attached screenshots of the errors and the current QlikView version.

The connection works fine with TLS 1.0 on.

Regards,

Rafael

Hello,

1. What version of Qlikview ?

2. Does your SQL server require a certain version of TLS?

3. Below is a link with the TLS version supported by Qlikview versions.

Hello,

It looks to be 12.60 as per the screenshot.

SQL server can work with any version of TLS.
