well, can you specify which functions you are having trouble with?

For a general understanding of - everything? - there is the manual and some very good books or ebooks on packtpub.com, in particular maybe "QlikView 11 for Developers". Watch out for a promotion - they do these once in a blue moon where you can get every ebook for $5.
