Hi,
I want to limit the number of reports visible on the Access Point depending on the end user.
For Example: I have total 10 reports for the people at CORP level on the ACCESS Point, but I want to limit it to only 5 reports for the Regional Manager when they login into the ACCESS point.

Create a Windows User Group called CORP and another called Regional Managers. Then modify the file security of each report to include only the groups that should see each report. Users will only see the report to which they have access.
Please note that Windows takes time to update its file security so you won't see the result in AccessPoint for about 15-30 minutes.
