[11.2 SR3] QvWebServer : Multiple errors like 'Request Failed'

Hello community members,

A strange bug very bothering 😞

Config : V11.2 SR3 (11.20.12018.0) on Windows 2008 R2 server.

I am experiencing the following issue :

- management console is working

- accesspoint is working

- unable to open the applications

When I try to open an application I have a message like 'not available'.

When I open windows console I have the following messages :

QvWebServer -Warning - Connection lost. Reconnect to server: qvserver

QvWebServer - Warning - Failed to get client: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

QvWebServer - Error - Request failed: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

QvWebServer - Error - Request failed: illegal host

I think I have already seen this bug with v11.2 SR4.

Has someone any idea ?
