Calculating Month between two Dates

Hi,

I have got two date fields as DSCT_DATE and EFTV_DATE .I got a requirement to calculate month bw these two date fields.

Eg.

dsct_date : 08/05/2011 & Eftv_Date : 09/06/2012

Now i want months bw these dates .
