Hierarchy cost visualization

I have a hierarchy established:

Level 1 > Level 2>...  Transaction  Cost

I have a chart that shows the top 5 Level 1 by cost.

I wish to create  charts for the  top 5 Level 2 for each of the top 5 Level 1.

I have attached an Excel concept layout of what I am after.
