How to create a Master Calendar for such date fields?

Hi guys,

I would like to add in a master calendar in my qlikview app.

In my orders table - there are OrderDate, Year, and other fields.

In my sales_target tabble there are Month, Year and other fields.

I dont know how to create a master calendar with such fields...
