is there a way to see list of licensed users on the server?

You can see the Named CAL user at: QMC->System->Licenses->QlikView Server->CALs->Assigned CALs

However, for details of users and many others utilities, you can look for available utility applications:

QlikView Governance Dashboard

Qlikview Server CAL Manager

QlikView Application: System Monitor v5.1.23

you can check this way too. If you have a concurrent licences excel or a document  .As which is mapped to section access  of each and every application.

There you can check.
