QlikView Server & Publisher Deployment

Looking to deploy QV Server and Publisher split over two servers. (With another 2 for DR)

What is the best deployment split for the services?

Initial thoughts are:

• Server 1 - Management console, Web Server (with IIS), QV server and Directory Service
• Server 2 - Publisher/Distribution service.

Server 1 is of a much higher spec than Server 2.

Any guides on how to install over two servers would be much appreciated also.
