Reconnecting While Exporting Data.....!

Hello,

When I am trying to Export data to Excel from Qlikview Access point at that time getting Reconnecting message and session got reconnected and export is aborted,

Not able to get export.

Which Browser you are using? Can i know how you are accessing Access point. I meant to say IE Plugin or AJAX
