I am using QV for data analysis and need my reports in printed form most of the time. Pls let me what are software That I could use to take prit outs other than Excell

check out Qlik's own N Printing Software, it's specifically for use with Qlikview!

You can look into getting a trial license - I believe they are free.  The pricing for the product is very reasonable and it has some incredible feature/functionaility

You can print one Sheet with Print sheet to PDFCreator or one object Print as PDF.
