Select the nearest value

Hi,

I'm using a Item rate cost table:

ItemId	Proveedor_Tarifa	Tarifa	Tarifa_Id	From	To
10357267	PROV00039	1,26	10357267-42370	01/01/2016
10357267	PROV00041	1,34	10357267-42401	01/02/2016

In the Item sales analysis table apart from sales, units etc, I would like to know the "nearest" rate from the selected date on top

    

For example for July 2016 The selection should be rate 1/2/2016= 1,34   and for 15/1/2016= 1,26
