SetAnalysisWizard for Qlikview

Hi

I have been trying to access the set analysis wizard link and keep getting an error,  HTTP 404 .  "Website can not be found".  This is the link I am using.  Is there a different one I should use?  http://tools.qlikblog.at/SetAnalysisWizard/

Unfortunately the provider (Arvixe) is having problems for days, they seem to have bigger problems. I continue to wait for some days, then I'll probably have to move to another hosting company.
