i need to load the excel data into qlikview

Hi 

i need to load this excel data into qlikview or qliksense.

after dashboard publishing this type of excel data only uploading how can i read this type of file.

the sample file attached.

Note: without changing the data in excel like pivot. basically backend data comes like this way. once upload the excel sheet without changing the data automatically read the dashboard.

please help me.
