Access to QlikCloud

I have been using your company's product for a while now, but recently, I have encountered an issue where I am unable to access Qlik Cloud.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly inform me of the cause of this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it. If this is something beyond my control, I kindly request that your company assists in resolving the matter.

I am in urgent need of assistance as I am currently facing difficulties with the service.

@KenjiA please reach always in such scenarios related to license to respect account partner from your company.

If you have access to support link then raise ticket over there.

Also using support chat window, you can discuss with there agent too..
