Can't hidden value not mapping variable input

I have some problem with filter by variable input drop down, when I filter by age, the data matching the condition is shown at the top, but the value does not match the condition is not hidden.

Would need all the information to be able to assist.  What is the contained in the Variable? How are you applying the contents of the variable?
