Clarification on Qlik SaaS Automailer – Monthly Report Distribution Limits

Hi Community,

I need some clarification regarding the Automailer / report distribution limits in Qlik SaaS.

I would like to understand how the monthly report distribution count is calculated.

Here are my specific questions:

1. If I create one report and distribute it to 500 users,

   • will this be counted as 1 report or 500 reports for the monthly limit?

2. What is the maximum number of reports that can be distributed per month in Qlik SaaS?

3. If, for example, the limit is 1000 reports per month:

   • does this mean 1000 reports per task, or

   • 1000 reports overall across all tasks in the tenant?

4. Does this monthly distribution limit vary based on the subscription type (for example: Standard, Premium, Enterprise, etc.)?

each unique report generation is considered as one report generation count

for eg. you have one report distributed to 2 different user both have different level of filter then it consider as 2 report count. If both user have same level of filter then it considered as 1 report count.
