Error in reporting

Hi folks,

I'm trying to set up a excel report distribution from one app. Having followed all the steps with template & list of recipients I get this error all the time:

Error in reporting service dependency
Error code: SHA-10000
Trace ID: b75f963cbd40c5d93e546e9a1e40b4a0
Details: VerifyOneSelected for oneandonlyone: field Mode Selection has 0 values selected in state $
Email: XXX.YYY@ZZZ.com

The mail services seems to be working. Any clues or guidance on what can cause this would be very appreciated. Rgds//Peter

Hi @peterstalberg

The error indicates you may hav  'always one selected' property defined on one or more of your app dimensions.

If your app has an 'always one selected' value in it, then there are mitigation for that here:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Reporting/cloud-in-app-r...

Always one selected value property

If an app contains one or more fields configured with the Always one selected value property, you need to configure your report filters so that the filters select exactly one value for each of these fields. These report filters need to be applied to the report task.

If a filter doesn't contain a value for these fields, or no filters are associated at all to the task, the report task will fail.

Hope this helps...
