Improvement to Data Alerts on Qlik Cloud Analytics affecting execution

There is an improvement coming to Qlik Cloud Analytics - Data Alerts.  

For the Schedule configuration When data is refreshed, the improvement sees this configuration evaluate alerts only if the data has actually changed during the data reload.  Full summary is provided here
