Qlik Alerting Not Working with Load-Balanced Virtual Proxy in Multi-Node Qlik Sense Environment

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with Qlik Alerting in a multi-node Qlik Sense environment.

Setup
  • Central node + multiple proxy/load balancing nodes
  • Using default Virtual Proxy (also tested with a custom VP)
  • Qlik Alerting configured to use the same VP
Issue
  • Qlik Alerting does not work when load balancing is enabled across proxy nodes
  • It works only when the VP is restricted to the Central node
  • Using a different Virtual Proxy also did not resolve the issue
Questions
  • Is this behavior by design?
  • Does Qlik Alerting require a single-node proxy setup?
  • Are there any recommended configurations (e.g., sticky sessions) for multi-node setups?

Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.

Thanks!
