We configured a report task to send a report daily to 3 users. We've seen that the report is sent twice and that 1 of the 3 people receives it twice. The 2 others receive one email/report.
Also, while testing with another task intended for the users with no issue, no double report is sent.
Could you help us solve this problem ?

After addressing the issue to Qlik support, we found out that the email address of the qlik user that appears in the distribution list is case sensitive. Therefore, I corrected it in order to use the same email address as it is configured on his Qlik Cloud account.
To help solve this problem we would need to look at how you configured your user list. It is likely that you have that user twice in the table loaded to Qlik Sense app. Just preview it in data model viewer or just preview it by creating a table on UI with user email and count of that field.
