I have some reports that are sent daily. Today, some of these reports stopped send e-mail despite status been reported as OK.
I've tested:
- send e-mail via Outlook to check the e-mail server: it`s ok
- send e-mail via Administration Console to see if Qlik sends test e-mail: it's ok
- checked the Sent E-mails on the Outlook to see if the e-mails where sent to e-mail server by Qlik: it's was not sent.
- Create a new task report duplicating the settings on a failed task: it repeated the behaviour.
I appreciate any help. My reports are 2 hours delayed.
Hi @Paulo_IntelFab ,
checking the "sent" mail folder is not a proof, because mails sent via a mail server are not necessarily saved in that folder (that is usually something the email client does).
I would check the Junk/spam mail folder to see if the emails ended up there. It might also have happened that the mail server discarded the email after receiving it, so it's worth checking with the administrators of that server.
Complementing the information, the same e-mail is used to send previews of the reports 15 minutes (to a smaller group of recipients) before the reports are sent.
These previews worked fine sooner today (and it has worked for more than year with the same sequence) After these previews, no other task report sent e-mails.
