Sending Individual Records to Individual email except Admin

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me? I want to send individual records from a long table to specific emails using Qlik Reporting Service. Some records do not have associated emails in my tenant, while others do.

I need about four people to see all the records on the list, while the rest should only see their own records in their respective emails. Attached is a sample table to provide a clearer view of what I want to send.

How do I set a filter to achieve this?

@QlikAdminF could you provide more context? I checked the file. The lines with no emails must be sento to whom?

I'm also looking for solution to send alert or their records to users. Can someone please help with some reference automation documents to create alert.

Assuming the report developer has access to all data in the app, the developer can create user filters

Use the recipient import process to assign filters to each user (internal or external).

Then schedule delivery of those reports to your recipients (internal and external).
