Task Failure Alert

Hello Team,

I am looking forward to implement alert on task failure in QMC, i need some background, necessary details and guide to achieve the same. Additionally, I would also like to know if it is possible to have alerts on in-sights for end-users. Your support will be a great help to achieve my objective.
