Access to the QMC in Qlik Sense.

Is Access to the QMC in Qlik Sense only possible if you have a professional license?

One of my clients has Qlik Sense as well as both analyser and professional licenses. In order to provide technical support, one of my consultants has been assigned a professional license by my client but is still unable to access the QMC.

Are we missing something obvious?

1. Verify the role that the user has been assigned.
2. Confirm if any customer rules have been created.
