We are using “Capacity Analyzer” Licenses and need some clarification on usage as I observed some interesting trend which I want to understand.
I know that token of 6 mins is allocated only when user is active on dashboards, however if they have just opened the dashboards and sitting idle, there won’t be any deduction from limit of minutes availability.
Our Operation team has been assigned these licenses and they generally keep one app open which get refreshes every 15 mins through a Qlik scheduled job. They just open the app in browser, keep browser minimized and occasionally view it.
Will that be counted as “Active” time and unit of 6 mins will be deducted every 15 mins when app get refresh but user not even seeing/browsing it.
Please help in clarifying my understanding so that we can plan usage accordingly and educate operations team to be more sensitive on license consumption.
