How to change the user account to run Qlik Sense services?

Hi @syammine Please use the below helpsite link to know details on how to reset the password for service account you are using to login to Qlik sense On-Prem.

If you are talking about Qlik Cloud, just reset the password to your Qlik account.

Qlik never stores passwords. Qlik never authenticate any user. Qlik supports authentication module like Windows, SAML, tickets etc. you should check which auth module is configured in virtual proxy.

Hi @syammine,

Are you referring to the Qlik Sense service account that is used to run the Qlik services? Or are you referring to your own user account?
If the service account, see the Qlik Help entry Changing the user account to run Qlik Sense services.  If your own user account, then @rohitk1609 has provided you with great information.  Qlik Sense relies on whatever authentication method has been set up and you would change your account in that system.
