We are trying to invite a new user for Qlik SaaS, but after sending him an invitation e-mail, the user is not prompted to register his account, but to enter a verification code (see attached image). We invited several users and had no problems at all, but we are having issues with this one: sebastiao.junior@supermercadosdalben.com.br. What could it be?

From the screenshot, I can tell that this screen comes when user already has a Qlik account. So I searched with email sebastiao.junior@supermercadosdalben.com.br and I can see that he has already register for a Qlik account.
So he just needs to log in with his existing qlik credentials to the tenant and no additional registration is required. If he doesn't remember the MFA, please ask him to follow the steps here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-to-Reset-or-Disable-MFA-Multi-Factor-Authentication-for-...
