Protecting apps with partners intellectual property

As a partner we create apps for our customers. Some of these apps contain data modelling and mathematical scripts with our intellectual property that we want to protect from copying or opening. As our customers have content/root admin roles we need to go beyond the security rules. As far as I know there was the possibilitiy in QlikView (hidden scripts with password protection). Any ideas how can we achive this in Qlik Sense or Qlik Sense Saas?

@andreas_schoedlbauer You can store that in Fileshare in your path (Example, .txt or .qvs) and load that with the command line (Using Include or Must_Include). More, Include | Qlik Sense on Windows Help

So anyway, your user doesn't have access to Fileshare (I believe as this is not needed).

Thank you for your answer Anil. We use includes but admins also can open/copy from a personal folder, don´t they?

It depends on how you manage the architecture of your product.

Example, my case the user can't access any file share (Physical) because they intend to see only the UI and they don't mind the logic how we built the backend (But the core definition of business can add as help page in dashboard sheets).

Does that mean the users are building the dashboards and now you want to restrict?

In this case we run a tiered architecture within qlik sense (client managed). Imagine one app without UI, called qStore. This app is connected to data sources and daily creates a data model which is stored in QVDs in a defined folder. User create their own analytic apps using only the QVD stored model. We want to prevent any user or admin to copy or open the script in the qStore app.

1) We can do via security rules

2) Can be done via Custom Properties

3) Limit access to QVD etc.

But I am not familiar about your architecture and the business case. Thank you very much for your effort Anil, I´m quite familiar with security rules and custom properties but this is not the solution. As I said, we need a solution which is fully under our control as partner to definitely protect our intellectual property from any access by the end customer.
