I'm having trouble getting Qlik to reach the license servers in a windows environment, where aproxy must be configured on windows for other services hosted on the same machine as they don't have internal proxy settings.
I tried leaving the Qlik side proxy configuration empty, but it didn't work.
If I configure the proxy inside Qlik and I turn off the Windows proxy, it works, but this breaks our other services, so this can only function as a debugging step
If I configure the proxy inside Qlik and have the exact same proxy config on windows, adding qlik related URLs as exception in the windows proxy config (manual, not pac), it still doesn't work.
Any ideas? In my view the simplest solution would be for Qlik to use the native windows proxy like the other services on the machine, but I haven't found any indication how to make that happen. Did any of you succeed before in a similar environment?
