Hi All,
in Qlik Saas I have a space with two Apps.
both app are using section access to manage users security.
some of the users are eligible to see both apps, and some of the users are eligible to see only one of the Apps.
is it possible to show only the relevant App when user logs in the Space?
and hide the app that he is not eligible to see - not in the section access list.
advanced thanks
I would refer to our help for information on what you can do in managed spaces. You could always create additional spaces if you are trying to have particular apps visible to a subset of users.
The security model for spaces is deliberately more limited than the security rules system in Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows. This was done both for ease of use and to ensure highly scalable performance.
Please feel free to raise this in the Ideas section of community.
Section access governs access to data within an app.
The security model used for spaces does not interact with section access, so you cannot filter apps in a space based on a user's section access.
Thank you Andrew,
is there any other way to filter apps in spaces ?

Thank you @Andrew_Delaney ,
yes, I know I can open more spaces. but I don't want a Space for every App..
so every other idea can be helpful
Hi Ilanbaruch,
There is a big gap between one space with all apps, and a space for every single app.
For example you could have a Sales space with apps that sales staff need for day to day work, and a Sales Management space with a few apps needed by the management team.
thank you for the explanation.
in did you are right , there is a gap.
think about a sales space with 2 apps :
1 is available for all users
2 is available only for Sales Team Managers (not executives)
I can give you more examples for this, but in general this option is available in QV since version 11 or earlier.
it is also possible in QS by Security Rules.
so the need in known...
