The Operation Monitor keeps failing with Error :

The following error occurred:

There is no open data connection.

The error occurred here:

SQL SELECT "userId", "userDirectory", "name" FROM JSON (wrap on) "root"

Suggest you start with Qlik Knowledgebase article Operations Monitor or License Monitor Tasks Do Not Reload - Updated and Verbose - Monitoring Apps and work through the resolutions that are listed within. Ping back if you have further questions.
