Qlik Sense monitoring user stream and app access

Hi,

There are several Qlik Sense Monitoring apps available. But what I'm looking for is a way to show which users have access to the streams and apps. I know you can find this information in the QMC but there you will have to look for it per stream or per app or per user.

The point is that the organization wants to know, based on the security rules on stream and app level, which users have access to the streams and apps. And they want to monitor this.

Does somebody perhaps know if there is an app available for this? Or is there another way to get this information?

Hello @Tamarah, I think another way would be to use the QRS API where you can extract data about your Qlik Sense system and build your own requests and then create an app with the information you need to get from your Qlik Sense system: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/May2021/Subsystems/RepositoryServiceAPI/Content/Sense_Re... you can also find which methods, models and parameters are available on that API: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/May2021/APIs/RepositoryServiceAPI/index.html
