Can you please elaborate on the issue you are facing?  What error(s) is returned?  Are you attempting to replace the default cert with a third party certificate?  We need more information from you in order to help.  Thanks!

Am installing an SSL certificate under the QMC proxy setting by pasting the thumbprint text file and the url still show site not secure,attached sample of the issue
