issue in giving access to streams for analyzer license

Hi Community,

I am trying to give analyzer license to a user with access to the streams in the UAT environment, but the user is getting an error of access denied every single time. I have done the same process in the production environment for the same user and there it just works fine. Also, every security rule in the UAT is same as production. Also the same operation i am doing on prod it works absolutely fine. 

please share some insights on this.

First what is the exact error. Is there anything more than "Access denied" and what version are you using?

Are you using  Signed license key or LEF?

I think you should check the log file to see if there are more info, you can find it here
