SaaS API Endpoint for Reloads (https://qlik.dev/apis/rest/reloads#%23%2Fentries%2Freloads-get) does not support filtering for the status.

For example, if your instance has hundreds of SUCCEED reloads, all of them are retrieved by that endpoint.

Having a status filtering would allow answers for simple questions like below without filtering a huge array

"Is there any running reload instance of this app?"
