Request:

1. Add context menu icon "Download" to nebula.js visualizations: sn-table, sn-bar-chart.
2. Enable download using jwt/csrf token.

Rationale:

1. Make the nebula.js visualization able to download just like the Qlik native UI visualization.
2. Remove development effort (javascript and back end management) to handle token exchange and asynchronous requests to create downloads using Qlik reports API.
