We need a way to automatically pass Qlik metadata (mainly app ID, app name, app owner, and Qlik identifier) when apps submit query jobs to BigQuery. This is needed so we can identify query jobs in the BQ INFORMATION_SCHEMA views originating from Qlik apps so we can measure Qlik's BQ resource utilization and take appropriate action.
