In QlikView, developers would create dynamic straight tables, allowing users to choose a set of dimensions and a set of measures from predefined lists. In many cases, the user would export the resulting data to excel.
In Qlik Sense, I believe it is more natural for users to work through Insight Advisor to generate their own table; selecting dimensions and measures from the Master Item list.
Having generated a set of visualizations with Insight Advisor, a user can export; however an Analyzer user does not have the option to export the visualization as Data (Professional User does have this option). With this situation, the Qlik Sense developer must build an equivalent dynamic table as in QlikView - this is unfortunate.
Please turn on access for Analyzer users to be able to export Insight Advisor (Discovery) charts to spreadsheet.
